Here’s a simple **Fathead dough recipe** you can use for pizza crusts, flatbreads, rolls, or even bagels. It’s low-carb, keto-friendly, and very versatile.

Classic Fathead Dough


**Ingredients (makes about 1 medium crust):**


* 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

* 2 tbsp cream cheese

* 1 large egg

* ¾ cup almond flour (or sub ¼ cup coconut flour, but add an extra egg if you do)

* ½ tsp baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)

* ½ tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning (optional, for flavor)

* Pinch of salt

**Instructions:**


1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese.

2. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.

3. Quickly stir in almond flour (or coconut flour), baking powder, and seasonings.

4. Add the egg and mix well until a sticky dough forms. (If it’s too sticky, lightly oil your hands or chill the dough for 10 minutes.)

5. Shape into your desired form: pizza crust, breadsticks, or rolls.

6. Bake at **425°F (220°C)** for 10–15 minutes (depending on thickness) until golden brown.
